Welcome Blog Hoppers!

Ah, my friend Angela Lenssen, of the Paper Pals Design Team is really really creative, don't you agree? Not only is she creative enough that Creating Keepsakes featured her in this month's issue (p. 18), but she is so clever and has created this blog-hopping extravaganza for all of us to enjoy!  Start over at her blog and join in the fun between now and 8:00 pm on January 25th!

So, if you are so inclined...that is to hop from blog to blog and potentially win all manner of crafty prizes, here's what you need to do. Visit the Paper Pals Design team blog (linked at right and below) and the other Paper Pals Design Team blogs (below). Follow their instructions and have fun!

For a prize (that you'll have to check back to see revealed), please answer this question. Drum roll please...

If you found a magic lamp with a genie inside, what would your three wishes be?  (oh, and one of them cannot be to wish for more wishes...Ha!)

Now hop on over to my fellow Paper Pals Design Team Member's blogs for more fun:

Oh...and come back again. I'll be making some changes and starting another blog where I will share my love of all things crafty (also known as my distractions from what I should really be doing at any given time :)

wishes wishes... i would wish for $500 million. That should cover anything I would need to buy or do...vacations, homes, scrappy stuff... #2 would be for my children to outlive me. #3 for an end of alzheimers in my family. My grandfather has it and it's likely my father will get it. that scares me.

LOL I love your question the answer is really difficult though. The question is go for the arrogant all about me wishes or show grace and give them away hmmm. Also, could i look into the futre to see how the wishes would effect the world....
Well I guess I have wish one: be able to see the consiquence of my last two wishes before they are granted.
Wish two: Next to every children's hopspital a hotel or studio apartment complex built that will be available at no cost to families It would also allow kids going for outpatient treatment to stay for their tx sessions. It would be fully staffed with 3 meals school lunch style. Option 2: remodle all hosptals expanding patient rooms to accomidate a comfortable sleeer love seat and a reclyner and a small dorm size fridge and microwave and...Lets just say this is not a simple wish I have quite a vision for it!
Wish three: For J and I to be financial sound and always stay that way. Not rich but enough to buy a house, save for kids college, me not have to work, ext ext

2. A magic laundry fairy to scrub, pre-treat, wash, dry, fold and put away all our clothes (and gaurantee all little girl poop stains are gone).
3. This dang Miley Cyrus song to remove itself from my head.

I would wish for:

1. A button that would stop time so that I could sleep in as long as I wanted whenever I wanted. This would also help with showers, grocery shopping, and working out.

2. To weigh 140 pounds for the rest of my life, except for pregancies. That would be freaking awesome.

3. A magic carpet that would also make $100 bills whenever I want, so I could visit my friends all over the country, and also not have to worry about money so much. That may be 2 wishes in one, but I think I could use my mad rhetorical skillz to bamboozle any grumpy genie. And if that carpet could also do the nice and benevolent things other people wished for like ending hunger and creating peace, all the better.

Hmm....
Okay. first wish: naturally and forever have a body like a Victoria's Secret Model, without working out, and while maintaining the diet of an unsupervised 5 year old in a candy store.
2nd wish: two words...MEGA MILLIONS.
3rd wish: okay, I know you said I couldn't wish for more wishes....but perhaps I could wish for my each of my immediate family members to stumble on to a genie pot of their own. ;)

Fun question....and I answered it very light. Truth be told there are far too many world humanitarian/Health issues to be able to narrow it down to just 3. Perhaps the biggest wish should be each person on this planet to truly know and desire the love of God. Can you imagine how that would be???

You don't ask much, do you?
I think I'm past making wishes, seems they are always grated in ways you wouldn't want them to be. Some financial independence would be nice, although I more want it for some of the people I see around me. The ability to take back poor choices made, especially of many of the teenagers around me. Political rest, I'm not going to try to explain.

2. for children everywhere to have peace in their lives.
3. Health for myself and my family to enjoy a long life

Great question.

I would wish for money, of course, to pay off all my college loans and buy a house in the country with a big yard. But I don't think I'd want to have a bunch of money left over... I've heard horror stories about how an excess of money changes people's lives.

I would wish for all my school friends to have a week-long reunion this summer.

And I would wish for my novel to get published.
