Easter Festivities

We dyed about 4 dozen (raw and boiled) eggs the weekend before Easter. The kids, after toasting to their good fortune at having so many hard boiled eggs to eat, devoured several each.

The Easter Bunny still found us, even though it sure doesn't seem like spring (it snowed the day before Easter, and has snowed several times since then)!
Camryn was delighted with the new pink dress that she'll get to wear for Uncle Dave's wedding in May. Spencer reluctantly wore a shirt with a collar (which he refers to as really dressy).
And, Harrison feels like such a big boy in his brown suit that he'll wear for the wedding as the ring bearer. In fact, one day, while wearing the suit, Harrison was begging me to watch him walk. I was caught up in something else but eventually watched him. I was then informed that he was practicing his "slow walk" for Uncle Dave's wedding. How cute is he? Really...make it stop!

Enjoy!

In a blink of an eye, a month has gone by!

Interesting...I didn't realize the trouble I was having with time zones, would keep me from blogging for nearly a month. OK...time zones aside, here's the top 10 reasons for my absence from the Cory Connection.

10. Said trip into many time zones over several days, left me busier than usual at home and at work.
9. I made a "to do" list, and lost it...then found it just in time to realize, I'd missed a deadline.
8. Have I mentioned the extreme reading I've been doing this semester in the doctoral class, Epistomology? Enough said...
7. Kids to the doctor, kid to eye doctor...needs glasses...looks good in them:)
6. DH has been at a conference or in his office every weekend (and weekday, of course) since the day after I returned...March 13.
5. Uh, did I mention the extreme reading in the Epistomology class? It wasn't said enough in #8.
4. Sleep is so necessary, yet so frustrating to me...it really cuts into my "time on task"!
3. OK...since I'm a newbie to blogging, I actually forgot I had one for a few days somewhere in March. I'm sure it has something to do with sleep or time zones...that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
2. After I found that To Do List, I realized I had so much To Do!
1. Really, my life isn't that interesting...
